Sans and Serifs
A Few compositions I have mad as I aim to study more about how to effectively use Typography in my compositions
Hello my name is Jason Larrabee I am currently studying typography and graphic design through BYU Idaho. This week we had a project to design two compositions one based on a sans type and a serif type. The goal was to make a composition that helped to bring out each type.
Sans concept. I tried to use the straight edges of the sans font to help create guides and lines to follow while making this composition.
Serif. Here I tried to use the curves and serifs of the type to create a more rounded and flowy feel to the composition.
